Wenn Nikon Dir das verifiziert hat dann ist es ja Ok und Du bist auf der sicheren Seite.

Ich bezog mich hier auf diese z.T. etwas unterschiedlichen Aussagen welche man im Netz so findet:

Warning: Negative voltages or voltages over 250 V applied to the camera's sync terminal could not only prevent normal operation, but may damage the sync circuit of the camera or flash. Check with the strobe manufacturer for voltage specifications.

das kann ich so auch bestätigen. Ich hatte 'ne Conon G2 und habe noch eine Ixus 400. Für 4 Wochen hatte ich eine Coolpix 8800 und der automatische Weissabgleich bei Kunstlicht war/ist bei beiden Canons treffsicherer. Die 8800 per Hand auf Kunstlicht gestellt liefert aber gute Ergebnisse. Dass die 8800 vor der Aufnahme ein gelbliches, teilweise verrauschtes Bild auf dem Monitor darstellt ist kein Bug sondern ein Feature (siehe Handbuch). Das Monitorbild wird bei wenig Licht aufgehellt, damit man Details besser erkennen kann. Diese Aufhellung hat aber keine Auswirkung auf das eigentliche Bild.
