Dem entnehme ich, dass die MF-Versionen dieses Verhalten nicht zeigen.

Nein, tun sie nicht. Und mit dem PN-11 geht dann auch 1:1, obwohl ích das noch nie verwendet habe.
So wie ich das verstanden habe, sind diese Objektive auch gut für die Verwendung des Zwischenrings geeignet. Auch so ein teil, das ja ohne Glas auskommt, ändert die optischen Eigenschaften des Sytems.

Ein weiteres Goodie des PN-11 ist seine Stativschelle
